Submission Guidelines
- Originality and Creativity: We seek unique ideas that stand out in the crowded podcast market. Your concept should be original, engaging, and offer a fresh perspective.
- Detailed Proposal: Provide a detailed description of your podcast idea, including the central theme, target audience, episode format, potential guest ideas, and any other relevant information that can help us understand your vision.
- Supporting Materials: If available, include any pilot episodes, sample scripts, or additional materials that can showcase your idea more effectively.
Legal Terms and Conditions
- No NDAs: JourneyWise Studios does not sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for unsolicited submissions. By submitting your idea, you acknowledge and agree that your submission is not confidential.
- Review Process: We receive a lot of podcast ideas weekly. While we strive to provide honest feedback and do our best to protect your idea, submitting an idea does not imply that we have not previously encountered or developed a similar concept.
- No Guarantee of Acceptance: Submission of an idea does not guarantee acceptance, development, or production by JourneyWise Studios. We reserve the right to reject any idea at our sole discretion.
- Intellectual Property Rights: You retain all rights to your submitted idea. However, by submitting your idea, you grant JourneyWise Studios the right to review, evaluate, and provide feedback on your concept.
- Idea Protection: While we make every effort to protect the originality of your submission, JourneyWise Studios cannot be held liable for any perceived or actual similarities between your idea and any current or future projects developed independently by our team.
- Feedback: If your idea stands out, we will share our comments and provide constructive feedback. Please note that due to the high volume of submissions, detailed feedback may not always be possible.
How to Submit
Please send your podcast idea and supporting materials to submission@jwstud.io. Include “Podcast Idea Submission” in the subject line and ensure that all files are properly formatted and accessible.
